[edit] Summary
Dick Tracy uses his famous 2-Way Wrist Radio in this panel from a 1952 strip. Note the callout indicating its presence on Tracy's wrist; captions such as these, explicitly pointing out something important to the plot, are a signature and often-parodied element of Chester Gould's cartooning style.
Scan taken from Dick Tracy: America's Most Famous Detective (ISBN #0806510595), Citadel Press, 1990.
[edit] Fair Use Rationale
Given the iconic nature of the device being depicted and its connection to the Dick Tracy comic strip, a single panel showing the character using it appears called for. The panel is scanned at a slightly higher resolution than may be considered normal, but this is only done to ensure readability of the callout.
[edit] Licensing
This image is a single panel from a comic strip or the interior of a single issue of a comic book and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the comic or the writer(s) and/or artist(s) which produced the comic in question.
