Don't Stand Me Down is the third and currently final studio album by Dexys Midnight Runners, released in September, 1985 (see 1985 in music). A commercial failure upon release, partially due to frontman Kevin Rowland's refusal to release a single, the album is now considered something of a "lost treasure".

The album was rencently featured in 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die, published in 2005 by Cassell Illustrated [1].
