The Diocese of Magdeburg is a Roman Catholic diocese located in the German states of Saxony-Anhalt, Brandenburg, and Saxony. Its seat is Magdeburg; it is subordinate to the archbishop of Paderborn.
The Diocese was created in 1994 out of territories belonging to the Archdiocese of Paderborn.
