"In January 2006 Pete appeared on British TV in Celebrity Big Brother. Following a live performance of "You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)" during the show, Dead Or Alive then went on to re-release the single the same month accompanied with an updated music video featuring original band members."

This video was made in 2003, before the appearance on Celebrity Big Brother, and was for the first re-release in 2003. Jamandell (d69) 15:51, 7 February 2006 (UTC)

The chart information stating the rerelease also hit #5 on the US singles and #1 on the dance charts has no verifiable source.Jude86 15:46, 4 March 2006 (UTC)

Whoever is doing the chart information needs to recheck their US facts. "Turn Around and Count 2 Ten" did not chart in the US, much less hit #40. Jude86 05:51, 25 September 2006 (UTC)

The only thing Boy George and Pete Burns have incommon image wise is that they wear make-up... Pete's looks more angrogynous... Boy George's seems more "drag". - Deathrocker 11:37, 30 April 2006 (UTC)

The Boy George comparison deserves mention here because it is referring to how the media originally cited Pete, which was an important aspect of the group's rise to fame. But maybe this needs to be made more clear. Also, the sales figures for Youthquake featured in this section (500,000) are contradictory to the sales designated in the discography section (4.2 million). I think all references to this site should be removed. It is indecent and has no place here on Wikipedia (especially if minors are looking at this article).

Just because it is indecent doesn't mean it shouldn't be featured. If that principle was applied across wikipedia we wouldn't have any articles about autofellatio, shock sites, or masturbation. Triumph's Hour 04:44, 27 August 2006 (UTC)

I think the way it is currently reference is acceptable. I remember deleting a link in the past because the author had written it in such a way as to lure the reader into clicking on the link without realising the content. As long as the article clearly states that it is a shock site, I don't see a problem. NadaPlissken 21:19, 29 August 2006 (UTC)
