David Hine

David Hine is an English comic book writer and artist.
He has been working in comics since the late 1980s. For Crisis he drew the series Sticky Fingers (written by Myra Hancock) in 1989, and wrote and drew a number of short pieces in 1990 and 1991. For 2000 AD he drew Tao De Moto in 1991 (again written by Hancock) and wrote and drew the futuristic police series Mambo from 1994 to 1996.
He wrote and drew the horror graphic novel Strange Embrace, originally published as a miniseries by Atomeka Press in 1993, and later as a collected edition by Active Images.
He is currently best known as a writer on Marvel Comics titles such as District X (2004-2005), Mutopia X (2005-2006), Daredevil: Redemption (2005), X-Men: Colossus Bloodlines (2005 -2006), X-Men: The 198 (2006), Son of M (2006) and Civil War: X-Men (2006).
David Hine's next project is "Silent War" a six-issue mini-series featuring the Inhumans with art by Frazer Irving. [1] He is also the current writer of Spawn for Image comics, his run on this title started at #150.
