Dangerous and Moving is the name of the second English-language album by Russian pop duo t.A.T.u.. The album was released on October 5 in Japan, October 10 in the U.K., October 11 in North America, and Europe / Latin America on October 14. The Russian version, entitled Люди Инвалиды (Lyudi-invalidy, or in English, Invalid People), was released on October 19, 2005 in Russia.

Dangerous and Moving was planned to be the second single, but it was replaced because the record label did not think the song would do well.

• The song "Lyudi Invalidy" is the Russian version of "Dangerous and Moving."
• Sting appears on "Friend or Foe" playing bass.
• Richard Carpenter did a string arrangement for the song "Gomenasai".
• Dave Stewart from the Eurythmics co-wrote Friend or Foe
• Trevor Horn produced the song "Craving".
• Madonna's ex-song writer Billy Steinberg, who wrote the song "Like a Virgin", co-wrote the new single "All About Us" along with the Australian pop rock duo The Veronicas.
• Within Dangerous and Moving and Люди Инвалиды, there are only 4 tracks which have a Russian/English counterpart; the rest of the songs are entities. They are Люди Инвалиды / Dangerous and Moving, Kosmos / Cosmos, Nich'ya / We Shout and Novaya Model' / Perfect Enemy. Obez'yanka Nol and All About Us remain unmodified on both album versions. "Loves Me Not" remains the same in terms of being sung in English but the musical arrangement on the albums are different.
• The English version of Obezyanka Nol', "Null and Void" is found on The Best
