Dan Spivey (born October 14, 1956) was a professional wrestler who worked for World Championship Wrestling, the World Wrestling Federation, and All Japan Pro Wrestling. Played football at the University of Georgia.

He debuted in 1984 with the American Wrestling Association. From there, he moved on to the NWA's Jim Crockett Promotions territory and formed a jobber tag team with Scott Hall called the American Starship, with Spivey as "Eagle" and Hall as "Coyote". Later that year, he went to the World Wrestling Federation to take the place of Barry Windham (who had left the WWF) in the tag team the U.S. Express with Mike Rotundo. In the late 1980s, Spivey went back to the NWA and became a member of the Varsity Club. After the Varsity Club disbanded, Spivey teamed with Sid Vicious (and Vicious' replacement, "Mean" Mark Callas) to form The Skyscrapers. He appeared back in the WWF in 1995 as "Waylon Mercy", a gimmick based on Robert De Niro's portrayal of "Max Cady" in the 1991 re-make of Cape Fear. A back injury suffered in the WWF around that time ended his career. It has been reported on multiple wrestling web sites that he works as a model in Florida.
