- I need a clarification here. The article says "[Daktari] ... was shot on location at Africa, U.S.A., a large wild animal park near Los Angeles... " and when I look at the Africa U.S.A. Park entry, it says that this park was in Florida and shut down operations in 1961. Was there a second Africa U.S.A. Park in California ? Is there information about it somewhere ?
