I contribute regularly to several Wikiprojects, including the ones listed below.

Cleaning Up Vandalism

I use CDVF along with a monobook.js with god-mode lite to clean up simple vandalism. I try to spend a few hours a day working on recent changes patrol.

Esperanza

Esperanza is  an association of Wikipedians dedicated to strengthening Wikipedia's sense of community. it  is primarily involved in establishing and  maintaining a support network for its members, who want to build a place where Wikipedians can go for hope and  reassurance. Esperanza is  designed to be an  approachable, small community designed to recognize situations where hope, reassurance, or  help are  needed, and  match those who desire help with those who offer it._{from WP:ESP}

Untagged Images

Image tagging is  the helpful task of finding untagged images and  adding tags to them. Images that don't contain copyright information may be deleted, since we have  no way of knowing whether it's legal to use the image or  not. A tagged image will automatically have  standard copyright text included, and  it will be given a category regarding its copyright status. Further, automated tasks, such as moving images to the Commons, are  much easier with tagged images._{from WP:UI}

Punctuation

The Wikiproject Punctuation is  dedicated to keeping Wikipedia free of common punctuation errors, such as missing periods on sentences and  other small typos.

Typo

Wikiproject Typo helps out Wikipedia by making the encyclopedia as professional as possible. The use of AutoWikiBrowser greatly speeds this project.

Spam

As Wikipedia grows in popularity the temptation to misuse its editability to bring attention to other websites becomes nearly unbearable. At one end of the spectrum are  professional spammers seeking to drive traffic to commercial sites. At the other end are  webmasters of simple community sites who just want to get more  attention for their site. This potential for self-promotion on Wikipedia has got to be managed. Wikipedia is  not a link repository. Wikipedia exists for the purpose of creating a collaboratively edited encyclopedia, not for any individual to promote a site that they have  an interest in._{from WP:WPSPAM}
