Waterside Inn

Situated in Bray, Berkshire. It was founded by the brothers Michel and Albert Roux after the success of Le Gavroche. It is currently run by Michel's son, Alain. It is one of two restaurants in the top twenty of Restaurant magazine's 2005 survey of the best restaurants in the UK, the other being Heston Blumenthal's The Fat Duck.[1] It has three Michelin stars.[2]
