Buffy the Vampire Slayer je američka televizijska serija, bazirana na orginalnoj filmskoj skripti za film Buffy, the Vampire Slayer (film).
Serije je prvi put bila emitirana u martu 1997. godine na WB-u; nakon pet sezona prebačena je n United Paramount Network (UPN), te je tamo emitirala svoje dvije finalne sezone. Posljednja epizoda bila je emitirana u maju 2003. godine. Seriju je kreirao Joss Whedon, koji je, takođe napisao scenarij za istoimeni film, za koji su produkciju uradili ljudi iz Mutant Enemy Productions. Ime serije se najčešće skraćuje samo u Buffy.
Serija prati život mlade djevojke, koju je izabrala sudbina da se bori protiv vampira, demona i ostalih nadprirodnih sila, najčešće uz pomoć njenog Čuvara i njenih vijernih prijatelja.
1999. godine, ova serija je insiprisala stvaranje TV serije Angel, koja se emitirala na WB-u kroz čitavu 2004. godinu.
